Please contact me. We need to know if you witnessed the accident. A girl backed out of a parking spot and hit Terina's front fender and scraped the whole side of her car. If anyone witnessed it, please let us know.

A couple of my buddies saw it. From what they said, Terina was driving way too fast and on the wrong side of the parking lot. Sounds like it was her fault. :blink:

How do you mean she was driving too fast? And how was she on the wrong side? I'm just wondering since I was not with her.

Find out what you can please. Her car took a VERY hard hit. So the other girl must have been quite hard on the gas backing out. Terina's side mirror housing is cracked from the taillight hitting it.

As far as the yellow line in the parking lot, that is there for the drive thru lane which is not what she was pulling into. She was going to park in a space. That side of the parking lot is only a one way and she was traveling in the proper direction.

Any info would help. Like I said, I wasn't with her when it happened so I don't have all the facts.

A.V. McDonalds - the 2nd entrance is the entrance and if someone is driving and a person backs out. The person who backed out is at Fault.

If someone went into the Entrance closest to the McDonalds that's an Exit.


But my question is if Terina got hit while driving how is it that she does't know who hit her or what happened?

Or was it that she was parked and someone hit her and took off?


Sounds to me like it was a hit and Run Not on Terina's part?
