No, we know who it was. Terina was driving up towards the end of the lot to park and the girl that hit her backed out of one of the middle spots.

They both got out of their cars and Terina said, "Well, I guess we need to call the police now." To which the girl said "Do we have to?" And Terina said "Yes!" They called the police and when the officer got there, they exchanged info and he wrote up an incident report (not an accident or police report). Because they were on private property, he couldn't give out any tickets or file a police report. So we went down to the station and got the paperwork to file a report because there was more than $1000 worth of damage. So far, they have estimated it at over $2500. They aren't going to total it. It will be fixed in about 2 weeks. Gotta love full coverage!!!! It will have a lifetime warranty on the work that they do.

She went in the second entrance (the same entrance as the drive thru but she wasn't going to pull thru the drive thru). She was going to park and go in. She didn't get that far. She was hit in the front fender, just above the wheel, and by the time Terina reacted to it the girl had scraped down the side of the car. It pushed in the sheetmetal behind the side panels. Like I said before, Terina's car got hit HARD!!!

Actually she is 19. She also has a 1 year old child (we believe that's how old the child was) that was in the car as well. The kid was in a child seat in the back though. Didn't seem like the kid was shaken by the incident though, from what Terina said.

That sucks - but at least it isn't Terina's fault. Since she was going in the proper direction.

Even if she wasn't going thru the drive through it does't matter - you can't back out of a spot and hit someone and have it not be your fault.

Too bad there couldn't be more to claim and put the extra money towards mod's!!!

Did you check out the "Wheel allignment"? mayby she bent a rims so now she needs a new set? :toast:

Why not? do you honestly think they aren't trying to Screw you?

$500 deductable, if you make a claim your rates go up so you end up paying to fix your car anyways, and it's 40% value on anything that's stolen/broken/etc.

ex: I had 250 cd's stollen. I bought then in a 5 month time frame. (back then I basically lived in my car, Paid $12-$15 for each CD they gave me $4 for everyone of them. And I had to have the "Case's" for all of them.

Samething if you had a stereo you have to have the reciept, aftermarket rims (need a reciept),etc, etc.

Actually they are replacing one of the rims because there is a good size gash in it. They are also doing the wheel alignment. It's all figured into the cost.

Here's a brief rundown of the damages and what they are going to do,

Replace the fender
Repair front bumper
Repair left ground effects
Repair left lower trim
Replace left mirror
Repair outer panel of left door
Repair left ground effects rocker panel
Repair left lower quarter panel
Buff rear bumper cover
Replace left front rim
Front wheel alignment

They have over 25 hours just in labor including repairing the door panel and the rear quarter panel. That doesn't include any of the paint labor. We're talking over 10 hours of painting. There is alot of dent pulling to do on those 2 spots. Like I said many times before, she got hit hard.....
