I thought that's what the $1T stimulus was for? So let's spend some more money because the first try did absolutely nothing to help jobs or the economy. Unbelievable.

How about a $1T tax break across the board??? Or better yet, send out $1T to all LEGAL citizens with an income of $500k or less and watch the economy take off. They have taxed and regulated themselves into control of YOU, and it's only going to get worse.

The government can hand out money until there's no money left to give out, but it still will only be a temporary flattening out of the downward slope the economy is on. Until we get more good paying jobs back in this country so that the average middle class person has disposable income, no amount of stimulus is going to make a long term change. A few of the guys I work with say that they are making the same amount of money per hour that they were back in the early 80's. With the considerable increase in cost of living between now and then, there's not many people left with a lot of disposable income.
