Since it looks like everyone is bringing the usual tools, maybe we should put a list of specialty type shit, like timing belt tools or axle sockets or O2 sensor sockets.

I don't know, i just usually drive my car race and come back but i don't have a 10sec car.

Haha, such a planner!! Seriouslly I'm sure there will be plenty of tools. I'll bring a compresion tester and the threaded T-Belt tool. Along with my Craftsman tool plastic tool chest thing, and probably my jack. Oh and a big box of rags!

As for usually driving a car and come back, good on ya. That's what I've done too, but the last time I snapped an axle and it's not very fun being a few hours away from home, with a busted axle and no real back-up plan. So a trailer just gives me much better piece of mind.

I'll have my cordless impacts, a ton of sockets, wrenches, jackstands, etc.

edit, could bring a few spare trannies and axles. (could be worth their weight in gold :D)

Being as I live down in Savage, it's worth it to me, if not for the fact that gas is cheaper (splitting with the guy towing it) and it will give me better piece of mind at the track to push a little harder..

Shit, last year I swapped tranny case's the day/night before (bell housing was cracked), loaded all my shit in the trunk with the seats folded down, and drove up Friday morning. Did 5-10 full throttle passes 6500rpm launch's and stuffed my crap back in the car and drove home sunday morning. :)

^Thats usually how i do it, minus the extra parts.

I just want to be prepared B man and I'm not even running but I would hate to see someone not run because of a tool we all have 2+ hrs away.

I'll have my tools with, and I'm pretty sure Kyle from map will have his tool box in the trailer as well.
