Naa its ok! We're keeping our heads up and looking forward to the list we're seeing tomorrow.

We just got back from a great dinner a Bonedaddy's which is like the Hooter's of BBQ and now we're relaxing with some beers.

The market is a tough one out there as Chris found out. Everyone says it is a buyers market, but depending upon your price point, you can be in a bidding war quite easily. I know we lost our first two and got our 3rd one (barely).
