I guess I will call up chrysler then, I have a talon. Mobile locksmiths are ridiculous in price, they wanted $195 to make a key.

Around $20 seems to be a good average number..

Thats because of the "traveling fee" most of them have, the locksmith thats only a block away from my apartment told me if I would have had him drive a block, instead of drive my car over to their shop it would have cost Me 40 bucks more!
But $195 is just batshit crazy man!!

maybe call a different Chrysler and see what they say. From what I heard I don't think Mitsu can but why not give them a try?

Mitsubishi will do it if I have a key code, which I can get from Chrysler (he was one off on my vin so that's why it showed it discontinued). Chrysler didn't have any mt1 blanks so looks like I will have to bit of running around tomorrow.

Just went to the dealer off 61 and the guy said my car is too old to make a key for it. I'm gonna call around to other dealers and see what they say. If I have to call a locksmith I'm gonna be pissed!
