Yeah, I think Jake and I need to have a long talk. Unfortunately, he hasn't answered his phone, or returned all of my messages since Friday.
Doesn't that sound familiar with the rest of the posts you have seen in the threads around the web? Maybe things haven't changed that much.

Hey I have an idea... Why dont you go work on an intake manifold or something that you've been saying you're going to work on for the last 3 years and stop worrying about me.
You have nothing to do with my business or the issues at hand, so why comment? You are sure to jump to conclusions when you clearly have no fucking clue what is going on.
This is exactly what I was saying earlier! Maybe Scheides was right and I have to repeat myself every other post. You have nothing to do with me, my business or any issues involving my business, but yet you talk like you know me and how I do things. Quit wasting your time.
I'm sorry if this is making me sound like an "asshole" but seriously, why do people need to make other peoples business their own and comment like the know what is going on?
A little defensive, Jake? I just asked a question. I know I have seen statements exactly like his before from other people trying to deal with you. You say you have changed and that you are going to prove it, yet it seems you are slipping into your old ways?
This is a forum. People comment about various topics on here. This is a topic, I commented, deal with it.

Just curious Jet, what makes you think Jake is slipping back to his old ways? Personally, I am having mixed feelings about this whole thing right now. Jake seems to have made quite the effort to make things up to me. I just don't see what you're seeing I guess. Yea Jake and Neil have had some hardcore miscommunication, but leave that to them for now.
wow I haven't stood up for Jake in a while. I hope I don't get banned lol

it almost reminds me of the jenk car deal he dealt my friend....i think jake remembers the shitty red 95 talon with a supposed "6-bolt" swap in it...then the suspension went, clutch master, coilpack, fpr, and ecu had problems!!! then the car he sold to you, you "accidentaly" let the title go through the wash in your pants?
i dont personally know you, but from the sounds of what has happened to my friends and how you have done business, i will never have any transactions with you ever...

Slipping into my old ways? Just because I need some space to think about some things before I call Neil back doesnt mean I am slipping into my old ways. Nice try though.
The talon I had never had a 6 bolt and he knew it, I do still have the conversations. I told him I went through the 7 bolt that was in it and replaced all the gaskets, oil pump and all the timing components, thats all I did to the car.
The car drove fine the whole time I had it together (2 weeks) and he drove it, said he liked it and bought it. How was I suppose to know the suspension, clutch master, coil pack, FPR and ECU were going to go bad? Are you serious right now?
Its a DSM, shit goes wrong. Am I mad about the POS I got, somewhat but I'm not blaming him like you are blaming me. If I would have known all this shit that happened I would have never traded him. I would rather have a 2g than a 1g.
By the way, here is the title you say I "accidentally" let go through the wash. It was actually my g/f who washed it... Since I'm guessing you dont believe me. Why would I purposely put it through the wash, knowing he probably wont get me a new title? Think man.

If you are basing your opinion off your first impression, then would it be good? Considering I sold you an O2 housing made for a 38mm external w/g a few years ago and you seemed to be happy with the deal. I even wanted to buy it back from you. Although in the other thread you stated I sold you a Magnus SMIM and I screwed you. I’m sorry but you must be mistaking me for someone else because I have never owned one or sold one.
I didnt even know I bought that from you. Good to know tho. Im not saying my first impression was bad I was just simply giving him some advice. Also in the other thread I did not say that you sold me it I was just giving the other guy in the tread info on my situation and how I handled it.

Maybe you just have really poor communication skills? Why not call him and tell him that you need time to think about things instead of ignoring him? That is exactly what you used to do to other people, so it seems to be a pattern. You said you are trying to change, and this is probably the biggest thing you need to work on. People understand hardships and issues as long as you keep in contact with them.
