Woah there tiger, those turbos are certainly not stock. What be they?

I didn't think anybody on here would know the difference. They are TD04L 19T's. They start of as 13T's from a Subaru WRX. Not sure what I'm going to do with them at this point, but my 9B's were about dead, in-out shaft play. I had these so I put them on. This it the first time I have owned a turbo car with upgraded turbo's. The clutch I put in is a stock replacement from SBC, I'll just turn it up till that gives up and call it a day. I don't want to spend all my time on this car, I have a 93 RT TT I want to get going. That one will be a bit more intresting.

Why not tell us then? That's a pretty cool but how much power do they put down? Are the comparable to a 14b or something much bigger?

Nice man, congrats on getting it up and going. I assume it's probably not for sale anymore? This is the one you had for sale awhile back right?

Yeah, this is the one. Everything's for sale, for the right price. With everything it's got on it now I'd want a lot more. 6000ish, probably a little less. That's off the top of my head, but that's the "You can have it if you make if worth it to me" price.

As far as the turbo's, it really depends on the rest of the setup. I'm not trying to get all I can out of them, I'm looking to get 300-350. That should be at the limit of the mild clutch. They should be able to do ~400.

It would be better if I had the upgraded exhaust wheel. Mine have stock WRX exhaust wheels. Stock for a 3S is TD04. The WRX's are TD04L, they arn't much bigger. TD04HL is a lot bigger (about 1/4"). TD04HL 19T's have done 550 AWHP on race and 513 on pump with heads and cams. But that's on a DD where the used the X key, so not quite that much for those of us around here. About 430-450 on pump with heads and cams, 475+/- on race with out H/C. Both those # are from the same guy.

As far as not telling you, I was going to eventualy.

Yaya, post up some power graphs whenever you get some dyno time with that thing.

I assume the X key on a DD adjusts the correction factor?

In the bar screen you hit the X key on the keyboard and there is a correction factor you can type in. Normaly this is 1.000 but you can take power away or add as much as 3.000. This will change the power and torque reading in the bar screen and the graph screen. Or if you load up a graph from any car you can add or take power away. If the dyno run was done with the correction in place it would show up in the Snap shot file. If you type in 1.130 if would add 13% HP and Trq in the graph screen and the bar screen. The way Dyno Dynamics intended people to display more power then the car was making was with Shoot out mode, this would give a more "real world" number.
