Me and 311 weren't sitting at the same table as everyone else, but our service wasn't bad. I got 3 refills even though I didn't want them lol.

I like the Plymouth location as it's fairly easy to get to from where we live. If there is anything else in that area that would be comparable, I would be up for it.

no I'm just not a not a whiny person I guess. Am I saying it was good service. No, but I'm not going to boycott the place, your going to get bad service once in awhile everywhere you go.I know what you saying..I just don't think its about being whiny..its about standing up and showing what bad service will get you...less customers..I for one don't wanna spend my money at a place where I always get bad or mediocre service, we have been going there for long enough for them to know what day and time we are there to be prepared. but that just my opinion and I understand yours. :JD: not to mention there food is not the greatest. In the end I will go where ever we decided because all in all its abut the company and the good times!

Well this was on a Wednesday, not the usual Tuesday. Either way I don't care, I'm not picky about restaurants.

+1. Couldn't have put that better myself.
While I like OC, regardless of the fact that service hasn't been great as of late, it's not about the location, and it never should be about the location. The meets are about getting together and having a good time, and if OC doesn't want to show us a good time on their behalf, then we can move elsewhere. But I also agree that it's too early to up and change things because they've shown us a couple weeks of bad service.
Now I brought this up to Hughes as we were leaving, but I know there were people who didn't tip this past time due to the service. Well, the issue there is that if we don't tip well, we'll get shittier service the next time, and it just starts a downward spiral of shitty experiences all around, for both us, and the servers. I know for a fact, from working in food service myself, that you make a point to not give a fuck about people who you know don't tip, or don't tip well.
They obviously knew they weren't doing a very good job, and even apologized for it by giving us free drinks. I realize this was before the real issue that we're arguing here, but honestly, they're trying. And it's apparent, and it's also something to be considered.

anyone remember the night where our total bill was like $20, and not because of bad service but just because

One time out of how many weeks we've been there? Great, the manager was in a good mood that night. How many times have you talked to that manager since then? Why should getting a deal one time overrule the countless times of poor service?
