Oh by the way the real weakness in our cars when you get up in high horse power is the transfer case(everything can be beefed up but the transfer case). That's not exactly true these days. There are people building upgrade parts for the x-case and drive shaft yoke. ;)

fyi... I plan to buy scheides's setup and keep the boost low until everything else is beefed up and can handle the full boost.

noooooooooooo :-(

I'm trying to solve that issue, but I'm probably going to be to late.

^ Someone needs to get banned for a few days

Either help or stay out of my thread... very simple!

Says the n00b who is getting shit on by all the old members, I got a feeling you are gonna be the first one to go man. Just listen to niterydr, he knows how to build a high hp car, and he did it with 1 more turbo and some more displacement, if it was as easy and cheap as you seem to think it is, he would be making 1200hp on pump and be running 6's or something.

Hell yes, I think he should just listen to all of us. I thought he would gotten the hint when allot of people on the board are telling him he needs to get realistic with his goals. But I guess not.

By all means, go for your goal, but what me and all of the old members are saying is that, dont be disappointed when you hate your car because you were moving too fast with a daily driven budget build.
you used to own a honduh didnt you?
Simply take a look at the amount of posts that the members that are telling you to set reasonable goals have, i know it wont mean much to you, but 2000+ posts is not an easy accomplisment and you have to have gained some amount of knowledge to have lasted this long. Set a reasonable goal (not 600+hp) and shoot for it.

I guess you guys missed what I said. Slowly beef things up before upping the boost.

any tips to give me instead of just plain blah blah blah

If I have to post it again I'll move for you to get a ban.

The best thing to do is work your way outside in. Start with the drivetrain, suspension, brakes, then motor, then fuel, then turbo/intercooler setup.

Somebody kill this thread. It's worthless and repetive. Anything useful seems to have been said.

Perhaps the original poster can open a new thread if he has something more specific to ask.
