When Kyle at MAPreformance did my 6-bolt swap in my 95 it also wouldn't start. It would barely turnover then just immeadiatley shut off. He messed around with a few things and found out that it was the firing order. Try messing with it some more.

The spark seems to be wierd as stated above. I know that it is wired correctly unless the 95s are way different. Let me know. It has fuel and spark and I am down to the very end with ideas? If you have done the swap on a 95 and have had similar problems let me know.

Since I have spark does anyone think that it could just come down to the ecu being bad for some reason?? The coil works and I tryed a different one and same affect. The spark is different off of one coil then the other like almost a bit too much spark. I tryed new plug wires and the same thing. Its all wired up right. I put in new plugs gaped and tryed old ones. I have fuel pressure and all injectors read same voltage meaning they are opening. I even sprayed some starter in the intake nnd no difference so its getting fuel. Thought it might be flooded so i repeaditly took plugs out and cranked until dry plugs. No better and not flooded even with new plugs again. Tryed a new CAS and no difference. Messed with all different plug order and got it on the right one. It comes down to a wierd spark and maybe bad ecu to me. Anyone have an ecu I can try? Let me know what you people think. Thanks for the help.

OK...
We found out that its not the ECU, Fuel(anything), Transtistor, Coil or CAS.
I brought over my ECU and my Nearly brand new transistor and nothing happend differently.
When we play with the wire on the CAS(either the + or -) the fuel pump runs(when key in on position) and the fan starts then shuts off. This is where I was confused. Why does the fan come on when we plug the CAS in? It goes for like a second then shuts off, almost like the relay clicked on and then shut off right away.
As for the spark, It looks a little weak and doesnt seem to fire very steady.
Someone help us out!!! Im getting pissed off and its not even my car.

Yes I agree if there is any help or ideas post and we can get another dsm back on the road.
Have you checked the plug gap? Are you sure the CAS isn't off 180*?

Plug gap was fine and the CAS is not 180 out(He tried that and that made it worse)

I thought I read before that if you invert the CAS you need to switch the 1 and 2 also the 3 and 4 plug wires. I know you said you tried all combos.
Was the fuel system and pump primed when testing the combos?
I may be way off or going over covered ground. Good luck.

It is nothing fuel related, We got fuel into the cylinders and the fuel pressure was fine. We tried all combos of 4 and 1 wires switched with 2 and 3 wires.
I would look at the plug wires and the wiring swap. After that try swapping coils.
