Would this be a good idea? To pick up some of those multi mile radios. Something cheap at Wal Mart.

Also, is anyone planning on having something after the cruise? The reason I ask is that a few friends will be coming with that are not on this board. We were planning to head back to Eau Claire from Lacrose. Unless, there is something going on afterwards, we would head back to the cities with the rest of you all. Just don't want it to be a last minute thing, so we make plans accordingly.

Those 2-way radios are pretty much worthless in a caravan of loud cars so I'm going to say don't bother. We used to try that when caravaning out to RockFalls but it never worked.

If someone is willing to host a BBQ after the cruise that would be great!

I try to use my radios all the time, but with windows down and loud cars, it really doesn't work, but i gots Bluetooth so i am good anyway.

Weather is looking good so far so! I am thinking we'll be eating lunch at the Green Mill in Winona, I am going to call this week and make reservations of sorts for ~2pm.
