DSMStyle cruise, Saturday Sept. 16th!!!

OK, Peter and I have decided to start making some official plans for this DSMStyle cruise we've been talking about. It will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16th. If this date doesn't work for you post up NOW and we can possibly change it if enough people have conflicts. Basically, the plan is to meet up in the large parking lot next to IKEA in Bloomington at 10:00 AM and leave as a group and head down to the LaCrosse/Winona area alongside the Mississippi River on a predetermined route (its a good route, I arranged it for a S2k cruise and it was well recieved). We'll plan on getting a late lunch somewhere down there (any ideas?) then turning around and heading back north. Round-trip, it will be about 300 miles.

All members from this site are welcome, it doesn't matter what you ride/drive aslong as its in good running condition and won't be dripping fluids all over the ground.

Please post up all comments and recomendations and hopefully this will be a very fun Saturday for everyone involved! If you don't have a car to drive, post up and I am sure someone will take you on as a passenger.

I need to figure out my car situation, but either way I will be there. I'd really like to still have a [running] car, so I can drive, but we'll see. It would be the perfect last long drive before the car goes away :(

Are we going to use two-ways? I think we should. I think we should also get a couple of people to take pics and video. Just throwin' that out there.

I work every other weekend so the weekend before or the weekend after would work for me.

Any weekend before the weekend of the 16th will work. That is supposed to be the weekend I leave.

My schedule for September is really up in the air right now. I should be able to make it, but that can change at any time.
