Was the advertised 500hp at the crank then? I thought they were so proud of the street cred?

Uhhhh...thats just dumb. You should see what everything else is making compared to factory numbers on that dyno.

For everyone who doesn't know, Dyno-Dynamics read incredibly low which sucks if you're after a big number, but they are great dynos to tune on.

AKA, if your a baby about numbers or you are old school and used to the old technology dynos then you would like a dyno jet better.
But then don't question why you make 250hp and can barely get out of the 14s, no matter who drives your car.
I say pick a dyno and stay with it, but there is a good reason DD cost more and are around less. Research just a bit and find out why only a few companies are using these and why some of the newer and more popular shops are using them.
Some older co. might not use them just cause they already have a good dyno and the money to change won't be worth it, till their dyno breaks.

To carify, no dyno is "right" and no dyno is "wrong", all just measure horsepower using different methods and calculations. Each dyno has its own advantages and disadvantages depending on how you look at it and what you want to get out of it.

Weak. I tuned a Novi 1500 Supercharged 300C SRT8 Hemi with lambo doors(big pimpin) a few weeks ago.
