life time warranty... the reason it takes 4 hours per car because they remove the window, tint it, then put the window in a special oven to dry it, and then you can roll down the window immediatly

the cheaper one doesn't really effect it, but it can be noticable

they are both black tints, the more expensive one just doesn't mess with radio signals or car starters ect
