ask them if you can speak to a supervisor and if all their "call coaching" is done for the month then? Most call center jobs have active recordings (we get 3 randoms recorded a way) and the quality control team reviews them all
but now I have to transfer more miles because within 2 days the price went up. So I have to transfer more and pay the 25 fee again, and they didn't have the time of day for me, just NO, NEXT CALLER!!!
and i called them up, nice as can be, no problem with the increase in cost, just want to see if they can work with me on a 25 fee that I had to pay 2 days ago to transfer miles
