i know a balance shaft eliminated motor probably won't have tha tproblem, but you never know still

The way I see it, I'd rather have too much oil pressure and need a restrictor, than possibly risk having too little

I have run my turbo off the head for the last few years.. no balance shafts and no restrictors.. knock on wood

I can understand the low oil pressure on the stock motor, but now it should be fine.

I'd just run it off the head if you cant find a restrictor.
