Slow spool is a boost leak or exhaust leak before the turbo.

it does make 16psi, just takes awhile to get there, i hit almost 40 lb/min of air on the very first pull

but you cant tune till you test for boost leaks, or fix whatever issue you have with no boost

If the car isnt tuned, it wont make crap for power, so whats the point? Unless you street tune it to Wideband ratio as close as possible

well the compressed air tanks are $35, not worth it for a single boost leak test, bah. maybe I'll see if my friend is around tonight, he has a compressor
