took them out last night and saw metal flakes all over the studs and wouldn't twist back in

not sure, when I got it back from MAP three of the nuts were off and wouldn't tighten back up with new ones

you have to retap them for larger studs, or helicoil them

16psi at 6k is not good

right but the rest of the bolts are on good. 3/9 are bad. how do I fix those?

if the turbo spins freely theres not much that can be bad.. the wastegate might be opening but with a tial thats pretty uncommon

a manifold leak will be huge for spool.. air would rather go out that way then spin a turbo.

3 studs on the exhaust manifold stripped out of the head, pretty pissed about that, but I wouldn't think that could account for 2k more rpm of lag
