It will hold 10-11 psi til redline as well

So even after taking AWDGSX13's advice I went WG>MBC>BOV and still no better :(

Then I didnt see any changes so I took the hose off the WG and was going to let her just go, and it only got to 10-11 psi

Heres the weird thing, the WG is set to 10 psi, and I thought it was a bad MBC so I first cranked it all the way tight and nothing happened.
