because u said u unhooked the vac line to the wastegate and it still only hit 12 psi. it should just keep building boost

well if i had to guess black 1ce, i would say there is a problem with the actuator arm or the wastegate itself

yeah thats pretty weird. does it build boost as fast as it used to or take a while?
