If you measure the air temp to be 60 degrees when it goes into the turbo then WTF good does that do if the air is 150 degrees or whatever going into the engine, you know?

right. so to accurately log boost and temp i'd need two new sensors.

a GM air temp sensor would be mounted near the throttle body to measure the air temp as it's about to enter the engine

i may just go with an aem 3 bar then i found. does the car log intake temp pretty well stock?

that was my question, can they measure anything more than airflow. i got my answer. they are all separate units.
