Im not talking between shifts, I can hold it above 3000 rpm and just drive with no acceleration and it will buck/surge with lean afr readings

I have cruise tracking with the maft pro and I have it adjust to 15:1 afr and it does it just fine, no hesitation or bucking

because between shifts and what not it will jump higher than 14.7
