pistons will all move out freely im sure, its the going back in part that doesnt usually work when they get old. Corrosion etc on the piston. Thats why they scrape the rotor

if the piston goes to far it will pop out

i'll take off the pads and have emily use the brakes, see if the pistons all move freely, then clamp them back in

or take it apart and see if the piston goes in and out easily, if it does then its fine

drive it around, if it hangs and gets hot then its bad

only way to test is if the rotor drags on the pad really

hey how can i tell which ones are bad? If I look at the seals and clean out the slides they may be fine right?
