i have seen so many gobbed in rtv, because they didnt realize they 2 things that look like washers on the oil pan bolts are actually gaskets that stop oil

did you use gaskets on the 2 bolts holding the flange to the oil pan?

top is through the threads, bottom looks to be from around the gasket...
