torque vibration or heat. Torque didn't work. Vibration (impact hammer it off?), nah. Heat it up. Just make sure your not hitting anything large. Heating a brake caliper is fine. They see 600degrees during emergency braking situations

brake rotors get very hot, doubt a little heat on a bolt would do any different
