well, i set it up for them where if they have problems with the computer it stores their my documents on the server, and they just pop in a cd.. rebuild the pc and go back to work

the worst part is, i set it up, and it works for another 2 years until the server fills up they don't call me again

yeah.. i've had few customers where i'd go into the office, pull the wiring, setup switches, install a 2k3 server with about 15 desktops
