either way I would like a trailer at some point, just can't afford this one at this point in time..

part of the reason is, I have like 3-4 cars of my own plus a trailer possibley...

ok, yeah, I need a warehouse style shop.. need some space for cars to sit, as well as others being worked on.. basically between 2 and 3 thousand sq. ft..
