polish, most cars do come with some amount of tint from the factory, usually a coating on the window.

actually you can get a note from a doctor and say you have a sensitivity to light

i have an eye exam on thursday.. can i tell the doctor that i get headaches from bright lights? maybe he can write me a note excusing me from the legal limit
