I need a good freakin tune, by someone that knows what they are doing. Currently after i matched the settings for my dsmlink to show what the dyno showed as far as HP, right now im at 420 on a 110 Leaded/91 unleaded mix

I made 450 awhp with an scm61, so you should be around there

And Andrew, making 400 on E85 shouldn't be any problem at all on your setup.
