hmm well then that should factor out the valve seals.. just weird why the engine makes low compression

but it sat in a garage for 3 years..... just a plastic bag over it

if it has all new valve seals, theres nothing left but the turbo and rings

yea it had like $1k in work/machining done, light porting, valve job, 1mm oversize valves, etc, it was all new stuff
