and it had charge? if so then you will probably be fine. pop the cap and check to see if its frozen. never charge a frozen battery or you will be in for a show
even if you want to keep the battery in the car and not pull it from the car, disconnect the negative battery cable, because all cars have a very small constant draw from the battery. and starting it and letting it run for 10-20 min once a week doesnt work either, because people dont relize that alternators really dont do as much charging as you would think they would
