Your FIAV is basically just a wax ball. When it's cold, it's solid, allows a little more air to flow past the TB, upping the RPM's, helping it warm up faster
alright sounds like good new than, i never really worried too much about it, mainly because i was a lazy pot head, but i figured i better check into it incase there is a major underlying problem
