there should be 2 PVC pipes coming out of the top of the furnace

thermo is on, i have no clue where those pipes would be, but it was working fine 4 hours ago before i left, it hasnt snowed or anything since then.

check the PVC pipes outside... you said the furnace is newer so it should have PVC intake and exhaust.
