it's not hard to put a half inch ratchet in the end of the crank and align it again if you need to

it does, but at that point, it doesn't really matter

I just use a 1/2 imapct gun on them

Erm. The main one. ARP makes one, FFWD sells it for $35. I think its the pulley...
