regular arp 2000s or 625+s? i don't have a closed deck. wasn't really an option when i started my build, but i do have an la sleeved block. I'm not to worried. as long as you aren't running 100mm pistons i wouldn't be to worried about cracking a cly wall.

Re: 2011 Sti Build ?

Just regular arps for now. Ill go with 625s when i go closed deck. And im just going to stay under 30psi and i should be good and not crack anything if i keep the pressure down a little

Re: 2011 Sti Build ?

Should...6 speeds dont have no engagement issues...after all it aint a DSM. I thought about parting out my 1G to build my bug eye as well. I think reasonably though ill have to save up another season for the short block. Definitely staying around the 500whp mark when i do ...open decks are good up to 600 but then your a flirting with cylinder failure ect. Overall you think it was worth building yourself vs getting a stage 1 or 2 IAG block. Price vise i just think building is the better way.

Access port or open source? Why the cam's to rev a bit higher and flow more up top to help that 6266? What fuel rails you plan on going with? Stock intake manifold as well i assume?

Re: 2011 Sti Build ?
