Eagle Rod question

How much power can these H beams hold? I think I'll just go with manley or carrillo rods. My goal is between 6 and 650awhp. let me know what you guys think,

Re: Eagle Rod question

Shane ran 697whp on them and I have seen others run over 700whp. I have the same goal as you and they are in my engine.

Re: Eagle Rod question

I would trust a eagle to 650whp, after that I start to worry. I've seen/heard of them putting down and holding 700whp, but I think shane has crowers in his motor now?

Re: Eagle Rod question

Eagle told me they thought their 4 cylinder rods would handle about 1000whp and the 6 cylinder around 1500whp. I am still running the Eagles. I am a bit scared of the Crowers with how many have failed recently in the Honda world.

Re: Eagle Rod question

Cool, I heard through my untrusty grapevine that you were on crowers. Thanks for the confirm.

Its turning out that eagles are good rods, and cheap, imagine that?!?
