Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 24th, 2008
Hey everyone,
Only 18 days away now. Here are the car show classes for the Cookout:

Its the same classes that we used last year. Also, don't forget to pre-pay by sending me a paypal. I'll be ordering the t-shirts next week, and I'll be using the pre-paid t-shirt list as a guide on what to order. So help me out and pre-pay for your shirt too.

Yep, you can pay at the event. I just try and get as many pre-pays as possible, because it speeds things up at the Cookout. But if you haven't signed up, you should do that ahead of time at:
http://mn3s.org/lists/?p=subscribe&id=5
Signing up doesn't require that you pay. They are two seperate things.
Thanks,
Curt

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 24th, 2008
Hey everyone,
Here is the updated dyno list for the Dyno Challenge on Saturday, the 23rd:
1. Matt Gesch -- 91 3000GT VR4
2. Mike Willis -- 92 Stealth R/T TT
3. Brandon Halonen -- 91 Talon TSI AWD
4. Mike Standaert -- 03 EVO 8
5. Meng Lor -- 96 Eclipse GST
6. Josh Kajer -- 93 3000GT VR4
7. Mike Austing -- 94 3000GT VR4
8. Steve Hagen -- 92 Stealth R/T TT
9. Dan Graul -- 92 Stealth R/T TT
10. Dustin Felix -- 03 EVO 8
11. Jim Hayek -- 06 EVO IX MR
12. Jon Wieman -- 92 3000GT VR4
13. Kevin Benner -- 02 Galant
14. Andy Nash -- 91 Talon TSi
15. Dan Iozzo -- 91 Galant VR4
16. Jarrod Watkins -- 06 EVO IX
Also, I've been working on the cruise for after the Dyno Challenge. We'll be leaving DB Performance at 5pm to start the cruise. We'll be taking some rural roads and then eventually work our way down to Wagner's Drive In, in Brooklyn Park. The cruise is probably only 20 miles, but it will be awesome to have a huge number of Mitsus cruising together. So if you want to cruise with us, make sure to be at DB Performance at 5pm. And bring an FRS radio if you have one. With a big group like this, we'll need FRS radios to keep everyone together. Here is a link to Wagner's Drive In:

Thanks,
Curt

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 24th, 2008
I cancelled my motorcycle basics course for this weekend so maybe I may make it to the cookout after all.
Just not sure if my car will be ready by then though. :-( (still have the front bumper to deal with)
If not, I can always bring the Diamante instead of the Eclipse (just won't be the same though).

A front bumper isn't required to be a part of the cookout!

Funny.
I would like to help represent the 4g so it would be cool to have it ready by then. I will be in Vegas next week and then would have that week to get the new front bumper installed and painting the rear bumper.
I'm crossing my fingers.

Now that's a good one.
Why should I even worry about the front bumper?

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Sunday, August 24th, 2008
I can't attend the cookout due to me going outside of state that very morning, but will like to attend the curise with everyone. Never been in a cruise with all Mitsu.

Just plan on being at DB Performance before 5pm on Saturday the 23rd. The cruise isn't super long. Probably only about 20 miles. But with a huge line of Mitsus, it should be a lot of fun.
later,
Curt
