How do I block off the coolant lines for the turbo? One is a rubber hose (part of it) running to the thermostat housing and the other is a hard line that runs to the waterline (?). I thought about caping the thermostat one but woldn't it blow off because of the pressure? Any ideas?

You could loop them with some hose or weld them shut. Capping them often doesn't last very long.

I was thinking about looping them together but how would I get some hose over the banjo fitting? I want to be able to return the car back to stock when I am done with it. Maybe I will have to cut the banjo fitting off one side and just buy another line when I am done.

Sell the car now if you ever plan on trying to convert it back to stock and sell later. Otherwise just cut the banjo fitting off and buy a junkyard part later.

Yeah thatis what I will probly do. I may try and unbolt the bottom one and put a pipe fitting in or something to save the old line. I would rather get the line unbolted now than have to do it later. My car is just sitting now anyhow. If I cannont get it fairly quickly, I will take my cutoff wheel to it.

I found an easy solution. I unbolted the lower line. The thread was just 3/8 MPT. Ran a barb from and a hose to connect the lines. Thanks.

so the lower line was threaded in there, u just unscrewed it, found a fitting that screwed in, and the just ran a line? just makin sure i understood u right. sounds cool, id rather do that then hack my line like i did last time cuz it'd be nice to have that line still just incase i or sumone else needed it for some reason someday

Yeah, I removed both of the coolant lines so I had a barb on one sede and female thread on the other side. I found the female thread to be 3/8 NPT. At first, I got a 3/8 barb to 3/8 MPT fitting. I kept stripping the top thread off the damn brass fittings so I got a 3/8 barb to 1/4 MPT (brass). Then I put a 1/4-3/8 bushing (galvanized) on the end and screwed it in without stripping it. Then I hose clamped a hose between them and was finished.
