No not a BMW. That won't come till I'm in the US. But I pretty much just gotta car today. It won't be in my name until after i complete the drivers course here. But ya, I can't even tell you what kinda car the thing is, cuz I don't even know. Its like the size of a sentra or sumthin. Not the prettiest girl on the block, but hey, who can argue when you get it for FREE!!! It's a lil white four door thing. I'll post up some pics tomorrow when i take some. Basically my Warrant Officer is leaving here for good on Friday, and he only sold one of his cars, so today he walked in the office and asked if anyone wanted a free car. I'm actually gunna share it with my friend here cuz he has no car. I might even end up giving it to him and I might get sumthin nicer like an ED or sumthin. Ya there's a car here called ED. They are like camry's, but i think they're nicer. Anywho just thought I'd share my good fortune!

Well, you are worthless to me, and the car is worthless that's why i got it for free. It's a Toyota Corona. I still haven't taken a pic or else I'd put one up. Looks sorta like an older Plymouth Acclaim....on weed

HAHA, oh man no, mine is way uglier than that! Mine must be a 90 or sumthin. I don't even know, how sad is that. Anyway I'm going to work in about 10 minutes and I got my camera in my pocket. So I'll snap a couple pics. That looks like it might be a newer model though because it looks like the right size.

Correct me if I'm wrong "jap-Brandon," but I though Japans strick emissions kept piles of crap off the roads, unless the engine was rebuild or a new one put in?

you are very much correct. every 2 years you have to do a JCI (jap car inspect) on your car. It's like 500 bux. If you fail, you have to fix whatever is wrong. Or just pay them 100 bux to junk the car for you and you go and buy a new one. This one's JCI isn't due until I leave, so fuck it. I'll use it then junk it. Here she is!!!

haha, ya import this thing into the US and pay to get all the stuff to meet US regulations, just to cruise in it around Minneapolis. Impress the ladies with the right hand drive!!! Man, I'm actually starting to like this idea. Maybe some of the ladies on the board here can chime in and give their input on it. But like Austin was saying, there really aren't real POS cars on the streets due to the inspections. This is prolly one of the more border line cars there is. Which is nice, cuz you don't get stuck behind old ass ford trucks that spew oil out there mufflers all over your car.
