Re: my slow project...

so now i am confused. went to the track today and did about 6 passes and could not brake 14.1

what is weird i got a tune picked up 30hp and got launch control and when I was at proving grounds I was not tuned and just pedaled it out of the hole and ran a 14.0

Re: my slow project...

What were the mphs? ET is depends a lot on track prep, driver, tires, etc. You might see car with the same power to weight that run 110mph in the 1/4, but the ETs are anywhere from 12.0 to 14.0.

Re: my slow project...

before tune

1.9 60'
1/8 8.9 @ 76.8 MPH
1/2 14.08 @ 94.5 MPH

my best after.

1.8 60'
1/8 8.99 @76.20
1/4 14.17 @94.24

I guess i figured 30hp and launch control would crack the 13s

Re: my slow project...

you would think 30hp would of helped. Mabe you have a boost leak or something happened to where you lost that extra power. Your mph should of went up with the extra power.

Re: my slow project...

Your mph should have went up like 3-4 mph.

Re: my slow project...

What about track temps? Could make the difference I would think. Maybe not that big of a difference, but if it were stupid hot one day and mild another...enough to drop it some anyway.

Re: my slow project...

That might be the case. sun proving grounds in the morning if i remember was cooler and wed. was humid. I am going to get the codes cleared and put in new sensors where it is needed.

then going to rock falls on the 17th to try it again.

Re: my slow project...

well i got my codes on my car.

p0125
p0126
I am guessing it is my coolant sensor.
And
p0136
I think it would be my O2 sensor. going to replace both and see if they come back.
