WTB 1G FMIC kit
My core just took a crap on me. I'm looking to get an entirely different setup. Looking for a 1G fmic kit, with the endtanks that face backwards. The kit has to be compatible with A/C. This is going on a 91 AWD. Thanks.

Re: WTB 1G FMIC kit
What kinda price you looking for flopster?
John, I've already been talking to Aaron a little. But if you have any used kits in decent shape, let me know. If I can get a used kit in good shape, that'll obviouslly help with this unexpected expense I'm about to incur.
As far as brand new large cores, the 2 best priced I've found is the Kinetic and Extreme PSI.

Re: WTB 1G FMIC kit
Just curious, why stainless steel pipes on the intercooler? Stainless seems to hold heat a lot more than mild steel or aluminum. It just doesnt dissipate heat as well.
Why does everyone want SS pipes?

Re: WTB 1G FMIC kit
Thanks to everyone who offered. I ended up purchasing Aaron's Victory Performance fmic. Seems to have a smoother end tank design compared to some of the others out there for 1g's. I have heard about the welds being and issue on these, but apparently John went through and re-welded this one.
Thanks again to everyone else who offered. If something falls through, I'll hit you up ASAP Joe and pickup yours.
