But on the topic at hand, you telling me that it was something that i could have done???? Sorry bub, i was doing what i can do in my position. If i could do otherwise i would have. I cant push weight like that around here. Anyways maybe you should clean house around there then if the fucker that took the orginal order doesnt know where HI is then maybe he shouldnt be in sales. I mean he MUST have taken down the addy to ship it, correct? So right then and there the price should be set. And anything you quote is what it should be. If you said it was going to be $10 to ship and you ship it and it cost $15 you suck it up and loose $5. Shit I shipped something out that I charged $20 for shipping and it cost me $30. I bit the bullet and paid it. And Im just a poor college student not some "big ass" "company".

I just don’t understand how you all can justify everything that you have done. Can you all honestly sit there at your office and think that you don’t have a problem with the way your business is run?
