Powder Coating Pricing

Some common items and prices for Powder Coating:

-Valve covers starting at $35. To remove and re-install baffles is $20 in addition to the $35.
-Wheels starting at $65 per wheel
-Engine Kits priced at $199
(pulleys/brackets/removable items)
-Calipers (Bare And Stripped)
Set of 2- $35
Set of 4- $60

All items must be taken apart. Additional labor time will be added for any item that needs parts removed from it. All prices are based on single color. Multiple colors on a single piece will cost extra (i.e. black valve cover with red letters). Please contact us for pricing info and any questions you may have. Thanks!

Do you guys have a chemical bath to do stripping or final cleaning too? This is prolly the most PITA, prepping a part for powdercoating.

Re: Powder Coating Pricing

We do have a chemical bath for stripping. All prep work is included with our pricing. Minus Things that need to be removed for prep/coating (I.E.-Center Caps, Valve stems, Wheel weights, Gaskets...)

Re: Powder Coating Pricing

So you'll strip and powdercoat a valve cover for $35? That's a damn good deal!

Do you guys run in batches? What is your typical turn around time on say valve covers and brake calipers?

Re: Powder Coating Pricing

We dont do batches, Right now we do order by order. Turnaround time on them, depending on condition and how easy it is to clean up, Id say anywhere from 1 day up to 5 days.
