Fuel Connector help

OK I recently out that I have a bad connector which is circled in red in the pictures. The thing I would like to know is if this connector has a specific name and if there is any way I can just get the connector. This is for a 2g gst fuel tank sending unit.

Also if I can't just get the connector and have the get the whole fuel tank sending unit, am I limited to the 2g gst sending units? I know the gsx ones are a lot different but can't seem to find anything on the gs and rs ones.

I am really hoping I can just get the connector new or from a junk yard and replace it.

Please help if you can. I am only in town untill sunday and would realy like to have my car back up and running.

Re: Fuel Connector help

Maybe Trogdor can tell you if Mitsu supplies the part or not.

In the meantime, I would start looking through junk yards. How do you know the connector is bad and not something else like a bad pump? Is it broken or what?

I'm not real sure about the n/a 2g's, I would think it may be the same as a gs-t, but you may want to look in to it. That will be the majority of what you find in junkyards.

Contact golden763. He is swapping all the stuff from his 98 NA to my old 99. I'm sure he could cut that plug for ya. Possibly even get ya the whole sending unit assembly
