New stock 1G 6 Bolt Engine

I am currently looking for a new or re-manufactured 1G 6 Bolt engine for my 92 Talon TSI AWD. Does anyone know of a good place to get one. Figured it would be cheaper in the long run to get a new engine for my Talon.

You could get a built MAP shortblock for the price of a new stock jasper crate shortblock.

I've got one, freshly rebuilt 6-bolt 2G piston/1g rod, brand new Mitsu head coming out of my car this weekend, has less than 1000 break in miles on it. Balance shafts eliminated, ARP studs.

I would pick this up in a heartbeat, unfortunately I dont have the funds until the beginning of the month. What did you use for hg? All new gaskets and seals im guessing? I plan to redo everything on my motor, but I think I might just get this instead. Save me the hassle of having to go through everything again.

It's a longblock with ARP headstuds and a stock Mitsu composite headgasket. I'll throw in a intake mani, oil pan, Mitsu timing belt and most of the external mounts and TB pulleys.

To finish, you'd need a front cover, water pump, valve cover, exhaust mani, thermostat housing, water pump crossover tube and a upper gasket kit.
