I am selling my old e36 BMW because it is simply taking up space and it never gets driven. It is by no means perfect. It was the back up vehicle for me and my family for years. It has 185xxx miles on it. The tranny is still good, but grinds if you shift hard into 3rd. The color is gold and it does have a little surface rust here and there. We have owned this car for about 6 years and has treated us well.
Good: 1.8l 4cylinder engine runs great, always starts, has power everything, always had its oil changed every 3k, new rear tires. Good set a rims on it.
Bad: Last winter it received a mailbox to its front passenger fender(see pics), all the lights and blinkers still work so it didn't really bother me enough for me to fix it. The interior needs work. Needs struts, clutch. The outside drivers door handle sometimes opens. It has a number of weird problems associated with a 18 year old BMW. It would be best for you to come look at it if your interested.
If your looking for a cheap car to get you around and you don't mind some weird quirks, or if you could fix it up and make it into an ice racer or autox car?
