Condo for rent

I'm going to be moving to Iowa at the end of October until the spring, so my condo will be empty until April or May. I'm looking for someone to rent it for a couple months, or up to 6 months if you want, the duration would be entirely up to you. It's located in downtown Minneapolis, on the corner of 9th Street and Portland, the address is:

Rent is very negotiable, I'd rather get less money from someone I know won't trash my place, instead of finding someone random on craigslist. Plus getting a little for it is better than letting it sit empty for half a year.

It will be fully furnished with two couches, tv related stuff, queen bed, dresser, everything (I dont want to move my stuff for just a few months). It will also include all utilities, including cable and internet. It's about 750 sq ft, not huge but plenty for one person. It's located on the top floor of my building, there is a back deck and also a full rooftop deck. There is a hot tub in the basement.
