WTB any 38mm wastegate

I am looking for a 38mm external wastegate to run with around 4psi if possible. Let me know what you have.

We have some turbosmart in stock that have 7psi springs in them, we have tial in stock as well and we have every spring that they offer down to 4psi. Let me know if I can be of assistance
