WTB: 1g AWD

I am looking for a 1g with AWD. Would prefer the 1Ga style with pop-ups more so than the 1Gb style, but I am not too picky. Must be a 5-spd, no major problems, and not rusted out. Don't care if it is modded or not, but I don't want someone else's headache. Basically looking for a good running one that doesn't really need anything replaced from the get-go. Have around $4000 to spend right now, but I will hopefully be adding to that total as I work more. Post up what you have and please have pics of it sent to my email right away so I don't have to ask: totaleclipse_05@hotmail.com

Thanks!

Re: WTB: 1g AWD

I've been thinking about selling my 91. because I'm buying a house and could use the cash. I only have a few crappy cell phone pictures..

The good points;
Just put in a 2.3 liter with all the usual done.
small 16g (I know, too small for this engine)
ABS delete.
MAFT
evo VIII fuel pump
evo VIII injectors
Eibach Pro-Kits
AGX adjustable shocks
Paint is fresh. Home job, but decent. Black with red pearl in clear.
eclipse 17" rims
Kumho all seasons
2 piston caliper upgrade
XTD clutch (combo stage 3 and 4)
Brand new x-fer case from chryselr.
Decent stereo and speakers
LIPP O2 housing
Custom 3" exhaust
ported 2G exhaust manifold
ebay FMIC with short route piping.
Engine bay is empty/clean (shaved valve cover, shaved intake manifold, small battery sits very low, vacuum lines gone,, QPR TB and EGR block off plates, relocated coolant bottle, etc
Canadian 90 amp alernator
AEM Uego
1GB rear end with tinted tails.

I'm sure I could go on, but you get the idea. I've had it for several years and I like to play

The bad:
One lower trim piece fell off. I have a replacement, but it's unpainted.
Seriously needs a tune. I haven't had a chance to retune since putting this engine in. Too much school. Breaks up at about 4.5k right now.
Wideband is not working since moving it. Think there is a broken wire.
Things are just kind of "taken apart." Mostly interior bits since I've been working on things.
A couple of exterior imperfections. Dent in rear bumper. Some body wrinkle from fixing a spot where a guy hit me.
Alt belt just snapped on me, but that at least will be fixed before I think about selling.

I guess I would say there are just some rough edges to be dealt with.

Some things that may go with the car if the price is right.
Spare running 6 bolt. Complete minus turbo components.
Ostrich emulator. Been planning to grab en eprom and use dsmap
Lots of random parts.

Re: WTB: 1g AWD

Bump, also would be interested in 2g GST/GSX at that price level. I realize I won't find as many compared to a 1g, but thought I would throw it out.

So would you take $4000 for it? I saw you were asking $6500 in the thread.

If I was to take out a loan, I would probably be searching for a 99 GSX instead of a 1g. Yours looks nice though.

Re: WTB: 1g AWD

My advice is to not rush into anything. I waited almost a year before I finally pulled the trigger on my 1g.

Also don't settle for a GS-T, get your self a GSX, you will regret having a FWD car when it starts making power.
